Your Regional Council has direct power over your rowing - and is part of the ARA - read the website. This is the body that actually runs rowing on the Thames and is the the authority that is directly responsible. Most people have not heard of it and think that it is the ARA that runs rowing on the Thames. That is not correct. The TRRC is a a constituent part of the ARA.
