Particularly at the start of the season and at regular infrequent intervals thereafter it is good to do an audit of the condition of the boat. It is hoped that the written records will now be kept in a cabinet in the new gym office by a Depty Captain (suggestion for Emma!)

It is an excel spread sheet and is best printed out portrait on A3 size paper with the spread sheet enlarged to fill the page. Failing this use A4 but write small!
Date it and fill it out conscienciously and do whatever the Captain suggests is to be done with it.
